Working with DEXLab's Equipment

Staff members and students at Maastricht University can book equipment from the DEXLab for their needs, primarily for use in experiments or digital breakout sessions.

To book equipment, visit the Resource Booker platform. This platform allows you to check equipment availability and make reservations.

In-Lab Use: The equipment is available for use within the DEXLab, subject to availability. Ensure you follow the lab's guidelines while using the equipment.
Special Permission for Outside Use: For field studies or usage outside the DEXLab, fill out an equipment lending form. This is necessary for proper management and tracking of the lab's resources.
Responsibility and Care: Users are responsible for the care of the equipment during their booking period. Any damages or issues must be reported to the lab manager immediately.
